I've been in a bit of a funk this week. I felt really ill Tuesday night and very blah Wednesday. Then I realized, I've eaten a ton of candy this week. No, seriously, a lot of candy. I declared Thursday to be a candy-free day. I got my butt off the couch and went for a run.
I managed to not eat any candy, but I did eat 1/2 a piece of cheesecake at an event I went to last night. :) Today won't be candyless, but it will be a more moderate intake of candy.
